Job Summary:
We are seeking a Concrete Finisher / Laborer who is either experienced in the trade or highly motivated and ready to learn. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or someone who understands the value of hard work and wants to break into a high-paying trade, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Pour, spread, and finish concrete using hand and power tools Set forms and prep job sites Assist with grading, leveling, and layout Operate a variety of tools and equipment (training provided if needed) Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow instructions and work as part of a team Help with material handling and general labor as needed
Requirements:
Concrete finishing experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver’s license preferred
