Jackson, MO 63755 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for construction, particularly in concrete work. This role involves working on various construction sites, assisting with the installation and finishing of concrete structures, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Answering phones, scheduling orders and filling in for the batchman when needed Work with various raw materials in the manufacture of products. Responsible for following specific instructions outlining designated quantities to be used and production times required. Operate various equipment in the manufacture of products Assure that quality standards of company are met at all times Read and complete process orders Experience Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with operating power tools and heavy machinery is advantageous. Knowledge of concrete pumping techniques and finishing methods is a plus. Experience in trim carpentry or stucco application will be beneficial. A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is desirable for candidates who may operate vehicles on-site.
