Essential Duties and Responsibilities Acts as liaison between Professional Education Services and school administrators (K-12, in-state and out-of-state) to coordinate practicum and student teaching placements. Coordinates with teacher education program coordinators to obtain placement recommendations and track compliance for field experiences. Manages data entry and reporting for placements and compliances using internal systems (e.g., Banner). Ensures confidentiality in handling and reporting compliance documentation. Maintains and updates websites, forms, and documents to ensure accurate, up-to-date information; remains proficient with relevant software. Works collaboratively with Professional Education Services staff to support student success. Performs additional duties as assigned by the Director.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Experience:

Minimum of two years in a Birth-Grade 12 school, higher education, or related setting is preferred.

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills required. Must be proficient with technology and adaptable to new systems.
