Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Concrete Helper to assist our concrete crews in various construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable working in outdoor environments, and be eager to learn and grow in the construction field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and pouring of concrete on construction sites Load and unload materials and tools Set up and break down forms, scaffolding, and other equipment Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and power tools Clean up work areas and maintain a safe and organized job site Support concrete finishers with various tasks as needed Follow safety protocols and report hazards or incidents promptly
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and work on your feet for long periods Willingness to work in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Work Environment:
Outdoor construction sites Physical, hands-on work May require early mornings, overtime, or weekend hours
