We are a trenchless drainage rehabilitation contractor, which basically means we rehabilitate (line) old stormwater pipes that go under roads that are too important to close while someone removes and replaces them. Job Summary:
As a Concrete Finisher, you’ll be responsible for placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete on a variety of construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires experience, precision, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand and power tools. Set forms, align and level surfaces. Apply curing compounds, sealers, or surface treatments. Patch voids and use saws or cutting tools to shape concrete. Read blueprints and follow layout specifications. Operate finishing machines as needed. Ensure high-quality work that meets project specifications. Adhere to all safety guidelines and site protocols.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a concrete finisher or similar role. Ability to work with a variety of tools and machinery. Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and practices. Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work outdoors. Good eye for detail and craftsmanship. Reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions. OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferable Valid driver license Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Pay:
Starting at $17+ as well as per diems
