Ownership Accountability Responsibility A few requirements include: Experience in Concrete finishing work 10yrs Experience in forming and prepping for concrete 10yrs Experience in Grading, Storm Drain and site work 10yrs Experience in Tying and busting Rebar 10yrs Minimal Experience in operating Skid Steer or Excavator Experience in reading plans/blueprints 10yrs Experience in reading survey staking and understanding elevations 10yrs Schedule teams each day and Forecast schedule 1-2 weeks out 5yrs Coaching Team on performance and what it looks like to win on a job well done Scheduling and budgeting per Estimator’s values on the job. Reliable transportation Ability to speak English and follow verbal/written instruction Bonus points: CDL license
