Concrete Laborer – Cohoes, NY Are you an experienced concrete laborer looking for steady work, great pay, and opportunities to grow? If you have a strong work ethic and over two years of experience in concrete work—especially on commercial, industrial, warehouse, or large-scale projects—we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do Formwork Setup :

Build and align forms to precise specifications.

Concrete Placement:

Mix, pour, and spread concrete with accuracy and care.

Finishing Touches :

Use hand and power tools (trowels, floats, screeds) to smooth and finish surfaces.

Surface Treatments :

Apply sealants, hardeners, and decorative finishes.

Joint Cutting & Repairs :

Cut expansion joints and patch imperfections.

Weather Adaptation :

Adjust techniques based on environmental conditions.

Tool Maintenance :

Keep tools and equipment clean and in top shape. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in concrete labor or finishing (troweling, edging, stamping, etc.) Strong physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods Solid understanding of construction safety practices Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
