Concrete Laborer MD Concrete & Masonry Lancaster, NY 14086 MD Concrete & Masonry is seeking dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer’s to join our team. Start immediately! Prevailing and hourly rates apply. Hourly rates are negotiable based on what you bring to the table. Must complete 10 hour OSHA Class to qualify for prevailing wage work.

We know construction is a hard gig, and we appreciate serious worker’s, and for that, your efforts will be compensated. 3 month Incentives. 6 month incentives. 12 month incentives. If you refer a friend, you will also be compensated. What your day will look like:

• Assist with site preparation for foundations and flat work.
• Measuring and cutting of materials.
• Loading and unloading truck.
• Help your team build and tear down per blueprint specifications.
• Ability to communicate and respect other workers and with Job Supervisor.
• Clean tools and clean job site.
• Heavy lifting required.
• Ability to work in the summer heat.

THE DESIRE TO WORK!

PRIDE! As a Concrete Laborer, you will also be responsible for various tasks related to the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and specifications. Assist in the installation of forms and frameworks for concrete structures. Pour, spread, and finish concrete using hand tools and equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Experience Skills in carpentry a plus.
