We’re a fast-paced, evolving company that values collaboration and a strong team environment. This position reports directly to a Field Supervisor and includes a full benefits package: paid vacation, health insurance, 401(k), short- and long-term disability coverage, company provided shirts, and boot allowance. The role involves working in various locations across Lancaster, Schuylkill, Berks, and Dauphin Counties.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Form, pour, finish, strip, and clean concrete forms to meet project specifications
• Operate asphalt/concrete saw
• Cutting and tying of rebar
• Use hand tools to move gravel, soil, and assist equipment operators as needed
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations at all times
• Carry out other duties as assigned Requirements
• Prior experience as a concrete laborer or finisher preferred but not required
• Able to work outdoors for 8+ hours a day, including overtime, in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Able to lift at least 30 pounds
• Must have a smartphone and reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
