Key Responsibilities Guide concrete placement into forms and shape using manual and power tools. Use screeds, floats, and trowels to achieve smooth, consistent finishes. Form and mold expansion joints and curbs with precision. Operate finishing tools, including power trowels and edge tools. Adjust forms and subgrade materials as needed to ensure level work. Collaborate with project teams to meet schedule and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Complete basic paperwork for tracking project progress

What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of concrete finishing or related construction experience. Skilled in using trowels, floats, levels, and measuring tools. Able to read basic site plans and understand construction layouts.

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 80 lbs; push/pull up to 200 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout the workday. Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.

Other Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Fluent in English for safety and team communication. Tools & Safety Tools provided: trowel, magfloat, margin trowel, tape measure, claw hammer, and others.
