Are you looking for full-time, year-round work as an equipment operator or construction laborer? Are you mechanically-inclined? We have equipment operator and concrete laborer positions open now! You can make $50,000 (or more) in your first year. Due to required overtime and prevailing wage jobs, we guarantee you will make at least $26,000 in your first six months! That is an average of $1,000 per week. Our crews average 50+ hours per week, and they work year-round, primarily sawing and drilling in concrete. Full-time positions come with benefits including health insurance, paid vacation, a 401(k), an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) , and more! This job involves some travel, but you will be based out of our Camp Hill facility on a daily basis. Clean criminal record and valid driver’s license required. All candidates are drug-screened prior to being hired. This job involves safety-sensitive work, including driving and operating heavy machinery. You must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Most jobs are daytime, Monday – Friday. This job involves a mixture of indoor and outdoor jobsites, mostly cutting and drilling in concrete.
