Concrete Finisher Laborer Doug Lamb Construction, Inc. 1180 Zeager Rd, Elizabethtown, PA 17022 Overview We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and be proficient in various finishing techniques. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that concrete surfaces are smooth, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. Duties Prepare and set up concrete forms according to specifications. Operate concrete mixers and other power tools necessary for mixing and pouring concrete. Lay tiles and perform hardscape installations as required. Finish surfaces of poured concrete using various tools and techniques to achieve desired textures and finishes. Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure project timelines are met. Perform heavy lifting as needed for materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the construction site. Assist with frame carpentry and concrete forming tasks as necessary. Experience Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry. Familiarity with operating power tools and heavy machinery related to concrete work. Knowledge of tile laying techniques and hardscape installation is preferred. Experience working on commercial driving projects is an advantage. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday. Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites.
