We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with hand tools and power tools. Experience in construction, forming, rebar, pouring and finishing concrete is required. Pay is hourly plus overtime and benefits. Benefits include medical, dental/vision, life, retirement with company match, Paid time off, Holiday pay, and more. Full time work, year round is available. Duties:

• Use hand tools and power tools
• Install forms, rebar, and wire mesh as needed for concrete pouring
• Collaborate with others to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
• knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
