Concrete Finisher/Assistant Foreman Trozzi Construction Services, LLC Horsham, PA 19044 General Summary of the Position This position is responsible for assisting the Foreman in directing, supervising and supporting the efforts of a crew on concrete floors, foundations, curbs and other concrete structures.

Previous experience with concrete construction is required. Experience finishing concrete Works closely with the Field Foreman and the Field Superintendent to recommend any cost reduction, or labor saving, techniques that would improve job performance results. Provides the necessary guidance, direction, training and leadership to each member of the labor crew, as necessary, to improve work crew productivity and to insure the timely and cost effective completion of all projects. Works closely with the assigned Foreman to ensure the required resources (equipment, material and labor) are made available to allow for the timely completion of each project. Attends and participates in both the project pre-start meeting and the post-job completion meeting. Maintains a thorough knowledge of any and all tools and equipment, with regard to both usage as well as maintenance standards, that could be required during the normal course of a job project. Ensures that each crew member properly maintains and cares for all Company tools and equipment; points out tool and equipment abuse and instructs each labor crew in proper operational techniques. Constantly assesses labor crew performance, using appropriate praise and discipline, as necessary. Thorough knowledge and understanding of all facets of the concrete construction industry as they relate to the company. A strong desire to succeed. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
