Pattison Concrete LLC is looking for a hardworking and motivated Concrete Laborer to join our growing team! As a Concrete Laborer, you’ll assist with prepping, pouring, and finishing concrete on various residential, commercial, and government job sites. You’ll learn hands-on from experienced professionals, use small hand tools, and be an important part of delivering high-quality concrete work. If you’re eager to learn, show up ready to work, and want to build a career in construction – we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Include but

Are Not Limited To:

Assist with prepping job sites for concrete work (setting forms, rebar, etc.) Help pour, spread, and finish concrete according to project specifications Operate small hand tools safely and effectively Lift and move materials and equipment as needed (must be physically able to do so) Maintain clean and safe job sites in compliance with company and safety standards Work as part of a team under the direction of the crew lead or foreman Follow instructions and learn new skills related to concrete installation and finishing Travel to various job sites as required (reliable transportation needed)

Qualifications:

No prior experience required – we will train the right candidate! Must be able to lift/move materials and perform physically demanding work Comfortable using and learning hand tools Strong work ethic – must show up consistently and on time Willingness to learn and follow instructions Valid driver’s license required Reliable transportation to get to job sites Positive attitude and team player mentality

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday Weekends and overtime as needed based on project demand
