Job Summary:
As a Concrete Cutter, you will be responsible for performing precise cutting, shaping, and finishing of concrete surfaces in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete cutting techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards on the job site.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate concrete cutting equipment, including saws and grinders, to cut, shape, and finish concrete surfaces.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to determine cutting requirements.
Measure and mark surfaces for cutting using appropriate tools and techniques.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while operating equipment and working on job sites.
Collaborate with construction teams to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
Perform routine maintenance on cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project updates and challenges.
