Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various projects, including foundations, sidewalks, and driveways. Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks to ensure high-quality results. Utilize hand tools and equipment for cutting, shaping, and smoothing concrete surfaces. Collaborate with team members to set up job sites efficiently and safely. Follow schematics and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Engage in trim carpentry and frame carpentry as needed for project specifications. Restore damaged concrete surfaces as necessary to maintain aesthetic appeal. Skills Proficiency in concrete forming techniques and finishing methods. Experience with hand tools commonly used in construction settings. Knowledge of trim carpentry and frame carpentry practices. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to construction projects. A valid commercial driving license is an advantage for transporting materials or equipment. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety protocols.
