Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Concrete Coatings Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the preparation, application, and finishing of concrete coating systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation: grinding, shot blasting, and cleaning
- Mixing and applying coatings, epoxies, and sealants
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ensure proper curing and finishing of coated surfaces
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow project specifications and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Experience with concrete coatings or construction preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
