The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating boom equipment to assist in various construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the process. The Boom Operator will work closely with other team members to complete tasks related to concrete forming, installation, and heavy equipment operation. Responsibilities Operate boom equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Assist in the installation of concrete structures by accurately positioning and maneuvering the boom. Perform heavy equipment operations, including loader operation and concrete mixer handling. Dig, build, and prepare sites for concrete pouring and other construction activities. Operate commercial vehicles such as dump trucks for material transportation as needed. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of boom equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a safe working environment. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Qualifications Proven experience in concrete forming and heavy equipment operation is preferred. Familiarity with installation processes related to construction projects. Experience operating loaders, concrete mixers, and commercial vehicles is a plus. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) may be required depending on job site needs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
