The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and be proficient in various finishing techniques. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively on construction projects. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for ensuring that concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and meet project specifications. Duties Prepare and set up forms for concrete pouring according to project specifications. Operate concrete pumping equipment and perform concrete forming tasks. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of designs. Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand tools, including trowels, floats, and screeds. Renovate existing concrete structures as needed, ensuring quality workmanship. Collaborate with other construction professionals, including masons and flooring installers, to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations. Experience Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a related field is preferred. Familiarity with concrete pumping, forming techniques, and masonry work is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools used in concrete finishing. Experience in flooring installation is advantageous but not required.
