$71.8K – $90.9K a year 7 hours ago Qualifications Paving Mid-level Driver’s License Construction Full Job Description Summary At Hi-Way Paving, we are general contractors in the construction field that specialize in significant amounts of concrete paving, storm drainage, and excavation on highways and airfields. We are looking for skilled Concrete Finishers to join our traveling crews. This role requires extensive travel to our projects in Charlotte, NC; Nashville, TN; Columbia, SC; and other future site locations TBD.

What You’ll Do:

Spread, level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces. Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy. Monitor temperature and environmental effects on concrete curing. Use hand and power tools to complete finishing tasks. Work independently and as part of a team. Follow all safety protocols and worksite instructions. Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Look For:

Construction-site labor experience required. Heavy or highway construction experience preferred. Large-scale concrete pouring or paving finishing experience required (e.g., roads, highways, bridges, etc.) – 3+ years preferred. ACI certifications (e.g., Flatwork Finisher) preferred.
