The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete work, including finishing, mixing, and installation. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of concrete structures while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Duties Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various projects. Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers and other machinery safely. Perform concrete finishing tasks to achieve desired surface quality. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications. Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as required on job sites. Utilize caulking techniques to seal joints and prevent water intrusion. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately. Strong physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing. Familiarity with stucco application, plastering techniques, and caulking methods is advantageous. Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
