Geo-Technology Associates, Inc (GTA) is seeing candidates for a
CONCRETE FIELD TECHNICIAN
opportunity located in our Nashville, TN office. GTA will provide in-house and on the job training, and will pay for you to become certified as Concrete Field Technician by the American Concrete Institute.
Responsibilities Include:
Collect fresh samples of concrete and perform quality control testing (Temperature, Slump, Air and Unit Weight and Molding Cylinders) Transport and log concrete and masonry samples into the labObserve and document construction activities to assure compliance with technical specificationsPrepare daily field reports and test summaries documenting workInteract with contractors, clients, and GTA personnel to evaluate site conditions and participate in work progress meeting.

Job Requirements:
Own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving recordAvailable to work evenings and an occasional overnight or weekend.
