As a crew member, you will be expected to assist with site preparation, formwork, pouring, and finishing. There’s plenty of growth opportunity within this company. U.S Driver License Responsibilities Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation of construction sites, formwork, and laying concrete. Set up and dismantle concrete forms according to project specifications Operate and maintain concrete tools and equipment, including tools specific to formwork and finishing Follow safety guidelines and practices at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and quality work Learn and apply new techniques and skills in concrete construction, encompassing both formwork and finishing Join our team and contribute to the successful completion of our construction projects.
