• Job Scope:

• + Operate polishing equipment + Perform surface preparation + Grinding, patching and cleaning flooring + Working with planetary grinders, burnishers and vacuums + Apply densifiers, stains and sealers as needed + Achieve various finishes, matte, satin and gloss + Maintain tools and equipment + Read and interpret blueprints or project specifications + Ensure job sites are clean and organized
