Job Description:
- As a Home Inspector with our company, you will conduct thorough residential inspections, assess property conditions, and provide detailed reports for clients. You will play a key role in helping home buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals make informed decisions with confidence.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, structure, and foundation.
- Provide clear, concise, and professional written reports for clients using Spectora inspection software.
- Communicate findings directly to clients, answering any questions or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national inspection standards.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to meet client needs and company deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed home inspector in Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential home inspections.
- Strong knowledge of home systems and construction methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing thorough and accurate reports.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work both full-time or part-time based on availability.
