Self-motivated individual with experience in property inspections or ready to learn with our training program. Our Home management company needs Inspectors to serve our clients in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach County, assessing how a property is performing in terms of physical conditions on the exterior and interior. The ideal candidate has the experience and/or training to adequately assess of a property, preferably one to three years of real estate/construction, or renovation experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Property and home inspection route Complete visual inspections of properties Upload written reports with smarthphone provided Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes Follow all safety and security procedures Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Above average communication skills, verbal and written. A plus if you speak French Must be able to use; smartphone (smartphone provided) to complete Inspection Reports Working knowledge of the industry Able to work quickly and efficiently, meeting due dates with a minimum of supervision and a high degree of integrity and honesty Friendly and always looking to do the best work possible as if every property inspected was your own. Detail oriented, well organized, and flexible Must have your own vehicle transportation in good working condition and proof of proper auto insurance. Must be willing/ready to walk every day to complete a full day of inspections, (where safely accessible) Must pass a criminal background check, a driving check and drug screening A professional Home Inspector License/Certification or Security License is an A plus.
