Property Inspector / On-Call Field Assistant Needed (Flexible Hours (pensacola) compensation: TBD We are a South Florida-based real estate investment company actively purchasing properties in the area. We’re looking to build a local network of reliable, detail-oriented individuals to assist us with on-the-ground property inspections.
Duties include:
✅ Visiting properties to take clear, detailed photos ✅ Unboarding and reboarding plywood (you must be able to handle light tools) ✅ Entering crawl spaces or ceiling areas if needed ✅ Providing a basic area report (neighborhood condition, activity, surroundings) ✅ Occasionally showing properties to potential investors and walking them through the property This is an on-call opportunity based on property availability — ideal for someone with a flexible schedule looking to earn extra income.
Requirements:
???? A good-quality smartphone for taking photos ???? Ability to use basic apps like Dropbox to upload pictures ???? Ability to handle light physical tasks (boarding/unboarding) ???? Reliable transportation ???? Attention to detail and professionalism
