Job Description

13887 – Electrical Supervisor (onsite) –

10 months with possible extension.

Work Setting:

100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
  • Experience with SCADA and fiber optics;
  • Experience with electrical and fiber testing, IE, TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, VOC’s, etc;
  • Experience understanding all drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation;
  • Experience performing inspections of equipment being installed to verify it’s done correctly and per the scope of work and specifications;
  • Experience reviewing project completion documentation;
  • Experience leading and managing construction, including monitoring tasks, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts;
  • Experience with electrical schematics, mechanical, civil, and steel structural drawings;
  • Experience with safety regulations and practices, including the ability to identify and mitigate hazards.
Responsibilities:
  • Prioritizes and enforces safety protocols on the job site, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards;
  • Coordinates with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed effectively;
  • Perform inspections, maintain QA/QC documents, and audits construction quality, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications;
  • Maintains open communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the project;
  • Keeps detailed records of construction activities, progress reports, and safety inspections;
  • Works collaboratively with the EPC, sub-contractors, NEER/FPL operations teams, and any others working on site;
  • Reports daily, weekly and monthly on progress, quality control and safety. Why apply?
