Job Opening:

Certified Home Inspector – Greater Tampa Bay (Based in Dunedin, FL) We are a well-regarded home inspection company serving the Greater Tampa Bay area, currently seeking a Certified Home Inspector to join our team. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

Location:

Dunedin, FL (with inspections throughout Greater Tampa Bay)

What We’re Looking For:

A young, motivated, and eager-to-learn individual. Someone who values a reasonable and non-alarming approach to home inspections. A team player who’s professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Requirements:

Florida home inspector certification (required). Own a relatively newer vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license. Have basic home inspection tools . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
