Inspector Village Valet Property Management The Villages, FL Job Summary The Property Management Inspector is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties in The Villages, FL – Managed by Village Valet. This role involves traveling to the homes for scheduled inspections after each Guest vacates. Key responsibilties are to ensure that any damage is well documented, any lawn or home maintenance issues are documented, Golf Carts are full with gas and clean, grills are clean, light bulbs are all working, TV’s are connected to internet service, themostats are set according to company standards. This is a position in which hours needed are seasonal. The prime or “peak” season will be December to April. Duties Perform routine check-out inspection across all assigned properties. Document and photograph (using an app) – specified aspects of the condition of the home. Check Grills (where applicable) and clean grates/grease traps and exterior. Check Golf Cart (where applicable) for full tank of gas and ensure that it is clean. Change any lightbulbs that are not working. Create (in app) any maintenance issues that must be addressed. Attend staff meetings as scheduled at centalized office location in Wildwood, FL Requirements Reliable Vehicle, Drivers License and Insurance. Vehicle able to carry a Gas Can to fill golf carts (at applicable locations)along with cleaning products/equipment for Grills and Golf Carts. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail and organizational skills.
