Requirements Field Safety Inspector:

Travel Required with company vehicle and gas card provided! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Safety Inspector based in the Ocala, FL area to perform monthly inspections across 53 locations throughout Florida. This position requires overnight travel for one week each month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly preventive maintenance (PM) inspections for emergency lighting, exit signs, fire extinguishers, keep-clear zones, and eyewash/shower stations.
• Complete and submit standardized reports through your smartphone.
• Conduct functional tests (e.

g., push-button lighting tests, flow tests for eyewash/shower stations).

Requirements:

• Must be based in or around Central Florida (Ocala area).
• Ability to travel statewide with overnight stays one week per month.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection protocols Certifications are not required.

However, our industry trade associations (BSCAI, ISSA, IICRC) offer many certification programs.
