Schedule:
Monday-Thursday (8AM-6PM) The Violation Inspector must be comfortable driving in and around ALL areas of Georgia specifically Woodstock, Kennesaw, Dallas, Cumming, Ackworth, Marietta, Atlanta, Powder Springs, Smyrna, Villa Rica and Cartersville. Please note that we also have other communities outside these cities. A company car is provided. All candidates must have an excellent driving record. This position reports to the Woodstock, GA office on a daily basis.
Basic Job Responsibilities:
Inspectors perform inspections on single-family homes, especially in citing violations. Inspectors must be able to walk in and around the property, bend, kneel, and twist to take clear photos and upload into the company’s software. Inspectors must be able to walk up and down hills and stairs and may occasionally use ladders. Inspectors must be able to de-escalate situations onsite, when necessary. Experience in this area is required. Enter accurate and clear notes about the property. Inspectors must ensure that the company car is kept clean and service maintenance is performed as needed. Assist in other areas within the company as needed.
Requirements:
