Review construction plans, blueprints, and schematics to understand project requirements. Perform quality control checks to ensure that construction work meets industry standards. Collect and analyze data from inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to address any concerns or discrepancies. Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders. Monitor construction progress and provide guidance on proper construction techniques.

Experience:

Previous experience in construction management or related field is preferred. Knowledge of construction inspection techniques and practices. Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or defects. Proficient in quality control procedures and data collection methods. Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
