What they do This commercial, multifamily and residential contractor offers a wide range of services including new roof installation, repairs, replacements, emergency services, and service plans and inspections, working with various roof types such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, shingles, tile, and metal. What you will be doing Plan and conduct detailed roof inspections using tools like drones and infrared cameras. Monitor installations for code, safety, and manufacturer standards; support warranty validation. Assist with scopes, pricing, and technical input during site visits and sales efforts. Liaise with teams and clients, represent professionally, and help train junior staff. What we need from you Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and repairs. Skilled with inspection tools, CRM, and reporting. Comfortable working at heights;
OSHA 10/30
