Position Overview:
A Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that products or services meet established quality standards and customer requirements. They are responsible for conducting inspections, tests, and audits throughout various stages of the production or manufacturing process. The Quality Inspector identifies defects, deviations from specifications, and non-compliance issues, and collaborates with the quality team to implement corrective and preventive actions. They contribute to maintaining quality control procedures and documentation, striving for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in quality inspection or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of quality control techniques, inspection methods, and tools. Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant regulatory requirements. Proficient in reading technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
