HOA Inspector Weichert Realtors – Real Estate Professionals 200 West General Stewart Way, Hinesville, GA 31313 Job Overview US Real Estate Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HOA Inspector to join our team. As an HOA Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with community standards by inspecting properties, documenting violations, and reporting findings. This role involves both fieldwork and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of HOA-managed properties to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards. Take clear, detailed photographs of any violations or concerns. Document violations and provide reports to the HOA management team. Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections, violations, and follow-ups. Communicate with property owners or residents as needed regarding violations or compliance. Collaborate with the HOA management team to address violations and ensure corrective actions are taken. Provide updates on inspection findings and progress during weekly team meetings. Assist in other property-related tasks as needed, including special projects or emergency situations.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to operate a camera or mobile device to take photos of properties and violations. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between properties. Experience in property management, HOA management, or a related field is a plus but not required.
