In this role, you will inspect, diagnose, and document roofing and exterior home issues, assist with warranty inspections, and identify service opportunities. What You’ll Do
- Inspect roofs, home exteriors, attics, and crawl spaces for damage or defects.
- Diagnose warranty claims and differentiate between workmanship, material, or maintenance issues.
- Provide clear, photo-documented inspection reports.
- Communicate findings professionally to homeowners, project managers, and warranty coordinators.
- Educate homeowners on inspection results and recommend solutions.
- Recommend and upsell additional retail repair services when appropriate.
- Safely climb roofs, access confined spaces, and work independently in the field.
What You Bring:
- General knowledge of roofing systems and home construction.
- Roofing, construction, or home inspection experience highly preferred.
- Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs safely, and access attics/crawlspaces.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Professional, dependable, and self-directed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Background check required prior to employment.
