DESCRIPTION

DUTIES:
- Schedule, route, and complete residential and/or commercial property inspection reports in your assigned territory.
- Obtain photos of property and on-site dwellings, reporting any hazards, deficiencies, and property information on our innovative proprietary forms.
- If required, sketch a footprint of the dwelling and any on-site outbuildings.
- Meet time service deadlines and strive to submit reports within 48 hours of completing your inspections.
Quick turnarounds can lead to more assignments and higher income.
QUALIFICATIONS
:
- General knowledge in construction, property, and/or inspections, or a related field.
- Property Inspection experience a bonus
REQUIREMENTS
- Availability during daytime hours Monday-Friday for inspections and training
- Federal EIN for 1099 contractor position
- Must pass Background Check
- Access to smart phone and computer
- Dependable vehicle needed
- A P&C License cannot be held while simultaneously working this role.

COMPENSATION
- Fees are paid WEEKLY per inspection via direct deposit as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
- Fees range depending on survey type and length of inspection.
