The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and quality control, with the ability to analyze properties and ensure they meet safety and quality standards. As a Home Inspector, you will play a crucial role in assessing residential properties, providing valuable insights to homeowners and the overall condition of their rental properties. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to evaluate their condition and identify any potential issues. Analyze findings from inspections and prepare detailed reports outlining the condition of the property. Perform quality inspections on various aspects of construction, including structural integrity, plumbing, electrical systems, and roofing. Collect data on property conditions and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or improvements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in home inspection and construction management. Qualifications Proven experience in construction inspection or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess property conditions accurately.
