What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum of 2+ years in low-slope commercial roofing, with at least 1 year focused on commercial re-roof surveys.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge in diagnosing and identifying roof and structural support components.

Professionalism:

Ability to represent yourself and our company with professionalism in front of customers.

Organization:

Exceptional organizational skills and a strong desire to learn and grow in your role.

Communication:

Clear and effective written and oral communication skills to convey roof conditions and details.

Travel Flexibility:

Willingness to travel 4-5 days per week, averaging 60%-75% of your time on the road.

Physical Capability:

Ability to carry, set up, and climb extension ladders to reach building heights of 30 feet or more, and lift up to 75 pounds.
