Job Description
Prepare Cost Estimates and negotiate change orders. Chair Progress Meetings and provide updates. Supervise field inspectors to ensure quality of work, conformance and conformance with contract requirements. Perform as Submittal Coordinator. Liaison to design staff for Request for Information (RFIs). Interact with sub-consultants to schedule on-site inspections. Review progress schedules to track ensure acceptable construction progress. Support the firm’s day-to-day construction oversight and assist the Project Manager as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field and 36 months of related experience.
