The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of chimney systems through thorough inspections and cleanings. This role requires an understanding of basic construction practices and the ability to work in various environments, including residential homes and some commercial properties. This is an entery level postion so no experience is necessary. Must have a vaild drivers license. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive chimney inspections to assess structural integrity and safety. Clean chimneys using specialized tools to remove soot, debris, and blockages. Identify potential hazards or issues within the chimney system and recommend necessary repairs. Utilize hand tools effectively for cleaning and minor repairs. Work on rooftops safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used. Must have a vaild drivers license as postion requires driving daily. Skills Experience not necessary, training is provided. Knowledge of construction practices is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. Excellent communication skills for client interactions and reporting findings.
