Qualifications:
PennDOT and PA Turnpike Project experience is preferred.
Candidates must have at least one year of PennDOT or Pennsylvania Turnpike or related transportation construction experience.
Certifications in NICET, NECEPT, PennDOT Concrete, and PennDOT CDS NextGen
