Essential duties and responsibilities:

Manage time appropriately to ensure properties are staged and cleaned to surpass guest expectations. Conduct property quality control inspections per company checklist requirements. Problem solve and multitask in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Have an understanding and can perform minor maintenance tasks on our properties. You will succeed here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things: Ensure the property is guest-ready by conducting quality control inspections and ensuring the correct inventory, locks, and maintenance. Constantly improve properties by using customer reviews/feedback.

Job Type:

Part-Time Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

Pay:

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour Experience level: No experience needed

Schedule:

As needed according to guest check-in/check-out schedule, no two weeks are the same Schedule is flexible
