Description Essential Functions:

Maintain the highest industry standards regarding cleaning and general upkeep of a property
Inspect properties to prepare for guest and owner arrivals
Report housekeeping, maintenance, or other issues to the property management team in a timely manner
Support Property Managers by offering assistance in helping them to achieve their goals
Work closely with the operations staff on a daily basis while providing the utmost owner/guest service

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Organizational skills with strong attention to details
Ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever changing environment

Schedule:

Typical work week will be primarily Saturdays during the months of May – September.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 25 or more pounds
Possess reliable transportation
Ability to climb several stairs
Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
