Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and licensed (or license-eligible) Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive residential inspections, document findings clearly, and communicate effectively with clients and agents. You’ll be part of a company that values quality, growth, and client trust. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough home inspections in accordance with state and company standards. Inspect structural components, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other home systems. Use specialized tools and software (e.g., Spectora, Home Inspector Pro) to complete detailed digital reports. Clearly explain findings to clients in person, over the phone, or via email. Maintain an organized schedule and arrive on time to appointments. Build strong client and agent relationships through professionalism and quality service. Follow safety protocols and comply with applicable regulations and licensing requirements. Stay up to date with industry standards, building codes, and continuing education requirements Qualifications State-licensed or certified home inspector (or ability to obtain license quickly). High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade education preferred. 1+ year of experience in home inspection, construction, or related field preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficient with mobile reporting tools and technology.
