Commercial Roof Inspector HailSolve Nashville, TN 37212 • Hybrid work Description HailSolve is looking for a Commercial Roof Inspection Analyst to join our team of inspectors who travel around the country evaluating commercial roofing systems for hail damage. This is a pivotal role that calls the initial shot on whether or not a project is possible. This job is both technical and autonomous, with extensive drive and flight travel fully covered by HailSolve. It is also physically demanding, requiring the ability to climb tall ladders and pay close attention to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in the field. While expertise with roofing materials and/or performing damage assessments is preferred, it is not required. Conduct comprehensive inspections of commercial roofing systems to assess hail-related damage. Utilize thermal imaging and other tools (if applicable) to perform advanced damage assessments. Identify and document roofing defects, storm damage, and maintenance issues. Prepare detailed reports with findings, recommendations, and photographic evidence. Upload required data and photos into SF. Collaborate with property owners, insurance adjusters, and other team members to provide expert insights. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Stay updated on roofing materials, repair techniques, and hail damage trends. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to inspection sites. Phone capable of running apps like SalesForce. Employee must provide their own truck with mileage reimbursement provided. Physical ability to carry and climb tall ladders. Strong report writing and analytical skills to provide clear, actionable findings Strong computer, typing, and internet skills. Be a self-starter and require little motivation. Stays on top of assignments, avoiding last-minute crunches. Be detail-oriented and well-organized with a flexible schedule. Preferred Experience in commercial roofing inspections, damage assessments, or related fields Knowledge of various roofing materials and systems. Ability to adequately assess the physical condition of a property. Experience using Salesforce. Certifications such as HAAG Certified Roof Inspector, NRCA Roofing Certification, or equivalent
