1st Shift Construction Helper Needed in Nashville, TN Paying $22/hr! Job Description We are seeking a diligent and observant Construction Technician responsible for fire watch duties on a construction site. The primary focus of this role is to ensure safety by monitoring the site for any incidents requiring the use of a fire extinguisher. Responsibilities Monitor the construction site for potential fire hazards. Stay alert and ready to respond to any fire-related incidents. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Essential Skills Experience in construction environments. Administrative skills, including data tracking. Familiarity with inspection and quality assurance processes. Ability to perform fire watch duties. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience writing and/or reviewing reports. A background in construction is advantageous. Attention to detail is crucial. It requires a reliable candidate who can be present on-site every day, ready to work independently with minimal interaction with other employees and contractors.
