With a long-standing reputation for quality workmanship and dependable service, we provide top-tier commercial roofing services to clients of all sizes. The ideal candidate for this role will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various commercial roofing systems including

EPDM , TPO , PVC

, Modified Bitumen (Mod-Bit) , Built-Up Roofing (BUR) , and Metal roofing systems . This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starting roofing professional who enjoys working independently, has a sharp eye for detail, and can effectively communicate inspection findings to customers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive inspections of commercial roofing systems. Diagnose and document existing roof conditions and recommend repair or maintenance solutions. Provide professional and accurate reporting to internal teams and clients. Represent Jolly Roofing with a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod-Bit, BUR, and Metal roof systems. Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as needed.
